A spectacular event filled with cultural performances, book launch of Sanatan Wisdom and message of Sanatan spirituality was celebrated at Banganga, Mumbai on the eve of Tripuri Purinma. The event was sponsored by Dinesh Shahra Foundation in association with the Times group.

His Holiness Shree Shree Shree 1008 Jagadguru Siddhling Rajdeshikendra Shivacharya Mahaswamiji encouraged people to commit to making the auspicious venue of Banganga as Walkeshwar Banganga Corridor, so that people across the country recognize its spiritual and historic significance.
Lord Shiva is also known as Tripurari, the destroyer of Tripura or three cities built by demon Tarkasur three sons – Tarakaksha, Kamalaksha and Vidyunmali.
These three cities represent three states of mind or consciousness a soul gets trapped - waking, dream and deep sleep. Thus, the soul forgets to recognize the Source, the Supreme Self, Shiva Consciousness present in all states of mind and also beyond.
When we do sufficient sadhana we develop the right focus and devotion to destroy the illusion of being separate from the Divine Self, our Shiva swaroop. Only with honest lifelong spiritual sadhana we can see the Divine presence everywhere and invoke our Divine qualities, which is the significance of Dev Diwali.
